| Customer Comments June 2007Ladies and Gentlemen:Eastside Elementary purchased a copy of Sgt. Corey MacDonald's "A Guide to myspace.com for School Principals, Guidance Counselors, and Teachers" earlier this year. When I was previewing it, I sometimes had problems with it freezing up, but could forward the program. However, when I recently presented it to our PTO, it froze up midway and I had to present the rest of the program myself. I would like to show it in its entirety at a later date to the PTO. Also, I'm embarrassed to have had the school purchase the DVD for me, only to find it defective upon presentation.Would it be possible for you to replace my DVD disk with a new, working one?Your time and consideration are appreciated.
